Back in the studio earlier today, as some of my deadlines rolled in I felt the need for something different; capturing “the bigger picture.” Recently I’ve been deeply inspired by the works of Gregoire Alexendre whom uses the studio floor as a back drop, incorporating all kinds of set ups from lights to life size origami unicorns. Gregoire’s flawless results have been digging away at me to have one of my own, so heres a start for what is later to come, let me know what you think?
In the mornings of this short visited trip, I would jump out of my slumber to roam up and down the side streets of the La Rambla, as the light diffused through the narrow streets and tree branches onto the recently swept pathways. It's usually filled with the shuffling of tourists and locals but I found the scene rather romantic as couples strolled up and down in search for their morning coffee in the twilight.
